Do you have a preferred list of vendors/contractors you use?
We are truly blessed with SO MANY amazing vendors and contractors in our great state of OK. In order to honor the relationships built by both remodeler and building professionals, we prefer to specify selections from their approved vendor lists. However, if they do not have an established list, we would be happy to utilize any of our tried and true. If you purchase our Design Day Experience, you will receive a list of our approved trades.
Do you provide several room options like I see on HGTV?
The short answer is, no. Buuuuuuut, hear me out. After we receive and discuss answers from your completed Discovery Questionnaire, we then get to work on designing what we see as the BEST possible option. Based on our years of experience, when we would provide more than one option, there was always a clear winner…the 1st option. Now, this is not to say that you will never get a few options of a certain selection (ie. side table or lamp) if its selection will not change the big picture of the design. We commit to pouring all our creatives juices into the the 1 option that we present-The BEST option.
